Hello,

Yes.... you are reading this website correct, Christ "Is" the Church. If you have read the New Testament you know that Jesus kept saying that he is the church.

Okay.... so your probably saying "Whats the difference between this and the Church of Christ?" I have nothing negitive to say about the Church of Christ and what they teach but I am all for Jesus being my Church

Here is what I see...

1) Jesus IS The Church, meaning with him you are getting his word and what it means to you

2) Jesus keeps the best secrets, you can tell him anything and everything and he will keep it between you and him

3) There is no religious persecution because everything you believe is between the Christ and you. Let me quote

Matthew 6:6                                                                                                                                                           "But when you pray, go into your private room, shut your door, and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you."

4) With Jesus All Sins Are Forgiven (A word of advice, Before you get to heaven and all sins are forgiven just because all sins will be forgiven doesn't mean you should sin like it's 1999, the evil one will still try to destroy you and make your life a living Hell while you walk this Earth)

5) And Just 2 Commandments....

Matthew 22:36-40(KJV)

Master, which is the great commandment in the law?

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.

This is the first and great commandment.

And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.

On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

(all commandments are included in these 2, Jesus simplified them)

6) All Jesus asks is for you to trust him, and is that asking to much in this world? And since Jesus is the church you can attend anytime, anyplace and anywhere Jesus is with you 24/7/365. Jesus Never Sleeps!

7) Jesus will never bother you Jesus won't put thoughts into your head make you do things that hurt others or yourself all Jesus will do is wait for you to talk to him and you will learn the more you talk to the Christ, Jesus will give you signs that he is listening

All Through The New Testament We Read That The Christ is the Church.....

John 2:19-22
Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up." The Jews then said, "It took forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?" But He was speaking of the temple of His body. So when He was raised from the dead, His disciples remembered that He said this; and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus had spoken.

Galatians 3:27
For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.

1 Corinthians 10:16-17
Is not the cup of blessing which we bless a sharing in the blood of Christ? Is not the bread which we break a sharing in the body of Christ? Since there is one bread, we who are many are one body; for we all partake of the one bread.

1 Corinthians 12:12
For even as the body is one and yet has many members, and all the members of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ.

1 Corinthians 12:12-31
For even as the body is one and yet has many members, and all the members of the body, though they are many, are one body, so also is Christ. For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit. For the body is not one member, but many.

1 Corinthians 12:13
For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one Spirit.

1 Corinthians 12:25-26
So that there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another. And if one member suffers, all the members suffer with it; if one member is honored, all the members rejoice with it.

1 Corinthians 12:27
Now you are Christ's body, and individually members of it.

Colossians 1:24
Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I do my share on behalf of His body, which is the church, in filling up what is lacking in Christ's afflictions.

Colossians 2:19
And not holding fast to the head, from whom the entire body, being supplied and held together by the joints and ligaments, grows with a growth which is from God.

Colossians 3:15
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body; and be thankful.

Ephesians 2:19-22
So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and are of God's household, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus Himself being the corner stone, in whom the whole building, being fitted together, is growing into a holy temple in the Lord, read more. in whom you also are being built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit.

Ephesians 4:15-16
But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, from whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love.

Ephesians 4:25
Therefore, laying aside falsehood, Speak through each one of you with his neighbor, for we are members of one another.

Ephesians 5:29-30
For no one ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as Christ also does the church, because we are members of His body.

Ephesians 4:11-13
And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.

Romans 12:6-8
Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly: if prophecy, according to the proportion of his faith; if service, in his serving; or he who teaches, in his teaching; or he who exhorts, in his exhortation; he who gives, with liberality; he who leads, with diligence; he who shows mercy, with cheerfulness.
